In principal, however, we distinct the type co-operation with other parties into three models as follow:

Boemboe as Outsided-Programmer
(for example, see in: International & National Program - INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION)

▪ It will be held once a year only
▪ Boemboe will create the event program which showcase of Indonesian short films as its main program
▪ The first party should contact or submit the proposal to Boemboe at least 6 months prior to the event
▪ After proposal agreed by Boemboe, the first party should be pro-active carry out the communication efforts to set up the event, together with Boemboe

Boemboe as Film Provider
(for example, see in: Boemboe Screening - FORUM & SCREENING + Film Festival Distribution (Special Program) - INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION)

▪ The first party will select their own film reference at Boemboe office or simply request the needed-film titles from Boemboe Film-database collection
▪ The first party have to contact or submit the proposal or event description to Boemboe at least 4 months prior the event

Boemboe as Film Provider
(for example, see in: Boemboe Screening - FORUM & SCREENING)

▪ It will be held twice in a year only
▪ Boemboe will provide the 1-2 programs (@ 60 minutes duration) based on the theme of the event
▪ The first party have to contact or submit the proposal to Boemboe at least 2 months prior the event
▪ For the same event, Boemboe will act as the co-programmer maximum only for 2 times. Afterward Boemboe will only be the film provider of the event. From this cooperation we expect the first party will learn how to curate their own program. Boemboe co-operation with Jogjakarta Documentary Film Festival was the example

For all kinds of co-operation with Boemboe, the first party will provide the screening fee for the selected films and management fee for Boemboe. These terms are being made as the reference only and open for discussion.

Especially for film event outside Indonesia

We would appreciate it if the first party contact us in the period of 8 months prior the event. We are open to any kind of projects, which will provide lots of benefits for the development of Indonesian short films.

Pada dasarnya terdapat tiga cara untuk dapat bekerja sama dengan Boemboe:

Boemboe sebagai Pembuat Program
(untuk contoh, lihat di: International & National Program - INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION)

▪ Hanya akan diadakan setahun sekali
▪ Boemboe akan membuat semua program acara yang menampilkan film pendek Indonesia sebagai acara utama
▪ Pihak Pertama harus menghubungi atau menyampaikan proposal acara kepada Boemboe minimal 6 bulan sebelum waktu acara
▪ Setelah kerjasama disetujui, Pihak Pertama sebaiknya melakukan komunikasi yang intensif dengan Boemboe dalam mengembangkan acara

Boemboe sebagai Penyedia Film
(untuk contoh, lihat di: Boemboe Screening - FORUM & SCREENING + Film Festival Distribution (Special Program) - INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION)

▪ Pihak Pertama akan menyeleksi sendiri film yang akan diputar di Kantor Boemboe atau memesan film yang diinginkan dari database film Boemboe
▪ Pihak Pertama harus menghubungi atau menyampaikan proposal acara kepada Boemboe minimal 4 bulan sebelum waktu acara

Boemboe sebagai Pendukung Acara
(untuk contoh, lihat di: Boemboe Screening - FORUM & SCREENING)

▪ Hanya akan diadakan dua kali dalam setahun
▪ Boemboe akan membuat 1-2 program (Masing-masing berdurasi 60 menit) berdasarkan tema acara
▪ Pihak pertama harus menghubungi atau menyampaikan proposal acara kepada Boemboe minimal 2 bulan sebelum waktu acara
▪ Boemboe hanya akan menjadi Pendukung Acara maksimal 2 kali pada acara yang sama. Setelah itu Boemboe hanya akan sebagai Penyedia Film saja. Dengan cara ini Pihak Pertama akan dapat belajar membuat program mereka sendiri. Contohnya adalah kerjasama Boemboe dengan Festival Film Dokumenter Jogjakarta

Bagi semua bentuk kerja sama dengan Boemboe ini, Pihak Pertama akan menyediakan screening fee bagi film yang diseleksi dan management fee bagi Boemboe. Persyaratan ini dibuat hanya sebagai referensi saja dan terbuka untuk pembicaraan lebih lanjut.

Khusus bagi Acara Film di luar Indonesia

Kami akan sangat berterima kasih apabila Pihak Pertama dapat menghubungi kami sekitar 8 bulan sebelum acara. Kami sangat terbuka pada berbagai bentuk kegiatan yang dapat memberikan kontribusi besar bagi perkembangan film pendek Indonesia.
